Save 20% on the Veri Continuous Glucose Monitor Plans

I’ve always been curious to how food affects my blood sugar levels and it wasn’t until I started testing my blood glucose continuously that I received a glimpse into my body and how it’s working underneath the surface.

First, What is a Continuous Glucose Monitor?

One way to monitor your blood sugar continuously is to use a Continuous Glucose Monitor. A CGM is a sensor worn on just under your skin that measures your blood sugar levels throughout the day .

My link and code is now also be applicable to app-only plans, meaning anyone who wants to try the Veri app without buying sensors can receive 20% off using my link/code.

Last Spring, I started my second journey in managing my gestational diabetes with diet and exercise. This was my second go around with gestational diabetes so I had a good idea on how to manage my numbers but I was very curious to see what my blood sugar was doing in between my finger prick measurements. I wanted more insight so I invested in the Veri Continuous Glucose Monitor so that I could get a better idea of my spikes after meals and my fasting blood sugar (something I couldn’t monitor easily with the blood finger test). My health practitioner did advise me that the glucose monitors are less accurate than a finger blood test, so I did continue to do both.

I found that the Veri AP was very clean and easy to understand and helped me tremendously begin to understand how carbohydrates would impact my blood sugar.

I also found that the Veri AP was a bit like a game to try to keep my spikes low. I found myself competing against myself to have better and better scores and the ap really kept me motivated!
